Father's Day

We had a busy Father's Day with lots of family time!

Fred's Father's Day present started about 3 weeks ago....Grandma Marilyn helped with a project I found on Pinterest!

A white platter with Kyle's handprints

Then Kael's

Then Kreighton's

And voila!  The finished project!

Daddy King of the Grill!
Thankful we had Marilyn to help....it looked so easy on Pinterest...then turned into quite the project!

Love this picture of all 4!

Kreighton and I met Great-Grandpa in Manchester for brunch...we thought the boys might have had strep so we left them at home!  They did not have strep BUT it made brunch a little more enjoyable ;)

Kreighton and Brad

Grandpa Glen came over for supper....helping Kreighton braid!

Here is Kyle showing his massive strength!

He is S-TRONG!

Kael getting tickled!

We did not forget about Grandpa Craig....he was in Minnesota!

Winthrop Days!

Last weekend was Winthrop Days....Gary McElroy told Fred that if we ever wanted to camp in their  backyard (aka a kids dream) we could!  They have a 3-story treehouse, a pond with paddle boats, a huge sandbox, playground, a gazebo, and numerous other things that we never took advantage of while we were there!  However for Winthrop Days we parked our campers and it made it easy to come back and forth!  And Friday night we even snuck in a kids free camp night while we went down to the street dance at After Hours!

The Parade!

Dad and Kael waiting for the parade to start!

Come on...throw some candy!

It started....and here are our camping buddies Clay and Carter!

Who is that....Kyle with Bappa Glen pulling the weigh wagon!

Kael...LOVED the parade and all the candy!

Back at the camper....Lindsay, Lauren, Kreighton, and Lydia!

The "Big Kids" (just not Kael and LeaAnn) got rockstar status....Craig came and picked up the kids  for fireworks!
How many kids can you pile on a Ranger?

A whole lot!

Kyle and Lydia eating breakfast!

And the Big Girls got to eat in the Gazebo!  How awesome is that!

It was a fun weekend....I just hope next time we stay at "MacVille" we can take advantage of all the fun things to do down there!

Alex and Kaylan Here

Alex and Kaylan came and stayed in Iowa for a week so they could work for Glen and Fred by picking up rocks!  The kids were so excited to have their cousins here!  And I was ever so impressed with the girls who took the time to "play" with my kids!

Burying Kreighton in the grass!

Love this picture of sweet Kyle!

Kyle's turn!

Alex!
Seriously what 15 year old would allow their little cousins to do this!

Love Kael's big mouth smile!

Horsey Ride!

Alex is on varsity cheer....so here she is practicing!

Swinging!

I can't believe Kyle let Alex do this....he is normally a chicken about these things!

Kyle being a cheerleader!

All 3 trying to get Alex up!

Almost!

Beat up Alex!

"Kaylan you are too big for the tractor"

Look at this tough dude!

Please do not leave!

We had such a fun time with the girls.....we want them to come back again when they do not have to "work" and we can spend more time playing! The girls did an awesome job!  So not only are they awesome teenagers to be around they have a great work ethic!

Summer Fun

Random Pictures taken this summer!

Kreighton drew a "Packer Picture" for Sissy and Brad
Kreighton zip-lined off of this

She was so proud of herself!

The girls cleaning the deck...they even thought it was fun!

Kael joined in on the fun!

Not even for sure what night this was...but the Beyer Girls and Peck kids beating up on Fred!

Love that Lindsay took timeout to smile!
And Miss Lydia being a princess!

Kael and Levi sharing a moment over cheeseballs!

These were the only two pictures I got before my camera died while camping at Jakeway!

Rainy night meant fun in the basement!

Daddy throwing them into the couch!
Kael's turn!
The kids loved it!

Kreighton!

So far we have had a great summer despite the not so great weather!  We have our pool pass bought and I am bound and determined to make sure we get there A LOT!
