Tractor Museum

Last week we went to to Moline to the John Deere Tractor Museum, we have heard about this place but never have gone it was a successful and all the kids had fun!

This is pretty much how happy these two were the whole time
Kyle=Heaven

Kreighton loves having her picture taken!

My sweet baby boy!

She loved the combine

I think he smiled the whole time!

A rare picture of mom and Kyle

Kreighton wearing "slippers" somehow I forgot to pack Kreighton's tennis shoes, but she had these so that is what she wore!

Kreighton wants this chair!

Kyle took off his shoes and socks to relax!

For some reason I think they look alike is this picture!

The closest I could get to all 3 of them looking!

Kyle in the combine...he was so mad that the bean head was on and it was time to do corn...he kept saying "next time I bring my pliers and fix it" I think Kyle thinks world peace would be achieved if everyone had pliers!

Thank God for the Kindle...snuggling watching a movie!

Kyle driving a bull dozer, funny thing Kyle was done and Fred continued "playing"

Kreighton showing off her new shirt!

Kael and Mommy

It was a great trip and the kids had so much fun...of course Kyle woke up with a 103 temp in the hotel which only lasted 24 hours and he was back to his crazy self!
I think it will be an annual trip but eventually Kreighton and I  will go shopping!

When the Boys are Away....The Girls Will Play...

Saturday night Sean had his annual card party.  So the girls...well some of them Jayme, Maria, and Dana came over to our house to have a kid friendly girls night.  With the exception of the Beyer girls they were sick so Jayme came over after she laid them down!

"The Boys"

These two may look innocent...but they can cause some ruckus!
And of course Peyton and Kreighton...they look so old!

It was a fun night and a tradition we will have to continue!

A Movie Night With Sissy......

My wonderful sister Shannon volunteered to watch our kids so Fred and I could have a night out!  The kids were so excited to have Sissy come and so were we!  She showed up with candy, movies, and supper...what more could we ask for!  The kids got to watch Little Rascals and Fred and I went out for sushi!

I think it is a tradition we should continue at least once a month!

Lots of Kids

On Friday we added a few more kids to the normal Peck Pack, I watched Addie and Emee Lange, and Dylan Korbmacher, Kreighton and Kyle were so excited to have extra kids at our house, and they all played very well together!

Enjoying some smoothies while I got lunch ready!

I love this picture of the girls!

And this one...I think they are at least 4th generation Dolan/Moroney friends starting with my Grandparents

Playing Simon Says....Kyle was not into it!

But the older ones were!

It was a fun morning....maybe I could be Michelle Duggar.....

Kyle Reading....

Fred went and got the mail on Friday, Kyle immediately grabbed the newspaper with tractors and sat down and read it while eating lunch.

I think it is funny how serious he is here!

Cousin Comparison!

I wanted to do a comparison of Kael and Clara...since everyone says Kael looks like his Uncle James and Clara looks like her Dad!

Kael at about 5 months
Clara at about 5 months!

They do have similarities!

Lots Going On

The Pecks have had a lot going on in the last week....

1. Kreighton learned to write her name...we didn't give her the easiest name to learn to write and G was the last letter she had to master, but she did it and is very excited!

2. Kael is sleeping much better at night....going to bed at 6:30 and normally only getting up once!  Mom is happy to be getting some sleep!

3. I took all 3 kids to Farm Fleet, Kyle escaped through the automatic doors (until you are mom you don't realize how unsafe those are) and an overweight gentleman sitting in a van told me that I needed to get a leash for Kyle....thanks for the advise!  He also told me he maybe needed a sharp talking to and a swat! This is while I was chasing Kyle....I did not really have time to chat!

4. Kreighton is going on her 1st "no mom " playdate today after school. She is excited....and I hope she does ok!

5. The kids have been watching Lion King nonstop!  They both love it!  And love pretending to be lions! Kyle even roared at some people at Dairy Queen...lovely!

6. The kids made sock puppets!

Kyle did a puppet show for Kael!
 7. I sewed a pillow case for Kyle's new bed...here is a picture of the kids laying on it!

Add caption
 8. Kael is big enough for the bath seat!

 9. Chris and Fred cut wood for camping next summer then the Beyers came over for supper!

I don't think these boys will ever grow up!
 10. The kids ate their lunch in the tent!

 11. Another art project!

It was a busy week with a low-key weekend!!!
