Kael's Day at Home!

Tuesdays and Thursdays I get to have just Kael at home with me!  We usually go somewhere in the mornings to get out of the house....but today I decided my only goal was to stay home ALLLLL day!

He "read" this book over and over...."tractor, Daddy's tractor, Bappa's tractor,  no mommy tractor"

It was pretty cute I should have recorded it!

Helping Dad on the combine.....I went out to see how it was going....he instantly started crying...."No Mom"

Then he stuck by Fred's side to make sure his mean mom was not going to bring him inside!

I tried to get him to look at me....but that was not happening!

It is pretty fun to have just Kael a few days a week and see his little personality coming out!!!! And of course I love naptime where I get a quiet house!

Sherman's Pumpkin Patch

Yesterday Kreighton got out of school early and Kyle is always done early on Wednesdays (which I may have sort of forgot about picking him up yesterday....ok I did forget to pick him up yesterday.....but by the grace of God I called Bappa Craig in a panic and he was driving right by the school!!! Saved....Kyle had no idea that his mom  forgot him and was excited to have Bappa pick him up!)

Anyway since Kreighton got out early and it was a beautiful afternoon I decided to take the kids to Sherman's Pumpkin Patch in Manchester.

Isabelle and Kate Dolan were there....they all 5 played wonderfully together!

This was their fort....they pulled about 20 pumpkins down there and piled them  in there!

I thought these two in a wagon would be cute....but no luck on getting them to smile or even look at the camera!

I think Kreighton must have recently had a growth spurt....she looks so tall!

Camping-Our last Trip....I think!

We went camping couple weekends back....we were hoping for sunshine and no rain....but no such luck! It started raining and did not really seem to stop!

We did hook a tv up so we could watch football....the boys watched cartoons before the games started!

It was Brady and Abe's Birthday so it was a cowboy/ninja themed weekend!

Cowboys in their hideout....cardboard boxes don't really hold up in the rain!

So in the camper for a movie we went!

Even though it did rain and it was chilly over all as always the kids had a ton of fun!

Angie's Baby Shower!

We had a baby shower for Angie and Little Baby R!!!

Angie was about 35 weeks and we had it at her house....no reason to drag all those presents in your house and then everyone got to see her super cute nursery!

Cara....she helped plan as well!  And super cute idea of writing a message to the Baby and then Angie is going to put it in the Baby Book!

Presents and Presents!



It was a super fun night and I got to see a lot of the "ladies" that I felt like I saw a ton getting ready for Angie's wedding!
And it makes me SUPER excited for Angie to have her baby....it seems like forever since I have snuggled a newborn!

Monti 5k!

Last Sunday we did the Monti 5k....ALL 5 Peck family members ran it (well or got pushed)  

Before the race!  I am always amazed that Fred can push about 80 pounds and run 3 miles without training ever!  The last time he ran/pushed was pry a year ago at the Monti 5k!
BTW I did offer to push the double stroller....however Fred said "NO" because he is afraid I would beat him while he pushed the single stroller!

Kreighton and Kyle got medals for 2nd place......they were so excited!  And this Mom CANNOT wait for them to actually run the whole thing!


It was a fun morning and a tradition I hope to continue for years to come!
