Preschool Graduation!

Kreighton graduated from 3 year old preschool again this year!  They had a short performance and then we all went back and saw Kreighton's room!

Grandma and Grandpa Peck were there!
So were Grandma and Grandpa Moroney!

And Sissy!

And her Brothers!

Kreighton and her good friend Macy!

This was Kreighton at her 3-year old graduation last year!  She has grown up so much!

Kreighton LOVED preschool and learned so much this year...she is so excited to move on to 4-year old next year!
And she had the greatest teachers and is going to miss them so much next year!

Riding in Style!

I have a lot of blogs to get caught up on!
Kreighton had some different ways of getting to school her last few days of school....

She was beyond excited to ride her bike to school!

It took us a while...but we got there!

And then....

She got to ride to school in Great Uncle Jim's convertible!!!!

She loved it!

Mother's Day and BABY Chicks!

This post is a little late....but we did have a great Mother's Day!  Fred had taken the kids to Wal Mart and let them pick out whatever they wanted for me.  Kreighton picked me out a PINK diamond ring and Kyle decided on tractor underwear...well he could not find the tractor underwear so just got me underwear!
The kids were so excited to give me their presents!
Then we had brunch with Mom, Dad, Sissy, Grandpa Glen, and Great Grandma and Grandpa (Grandma Marilyn was gone).
BUT the biggest surprise for the kids was Fred decided to get some baby chicks!  Kreighton has been asking to get animals for a long time!  So we are now proud owners of 8 baby chicks!!!!

The kids' "hand project" made for Great-GRANDma

The chicks!

It was a great Mother's Day!

Sissy Graduates!

Last Saturday Shannon (Sissy) graduated from Kirkwood with a Occupational Therapy Assistant Degree!

Happy Graduate!

With Mom and Dad!

The sisters! My kids did not go to commencement because of lack of tickets AND trying to get my kids to sit through a two hour commencement ceremony would have been a recipe for disaster!

Out for lunch!

The kids' shirts say "Way to GO Sissy"  and had bandanas on that said Sissy!

I love this picture of the two of them!

She starts her new job tomorrow at Covenant in Waterloo!

Napless Tuesdays

Tuesday Kyle fell asleep in the tractor in the morning for a brief nap...so I decided instead of fighting him to take a nap I would just let him stay up and I would plan something fun for him, myself, and Kreighton to do while Kael napped!  Sometimes I feel it is hard to sit down and do stuff with just the older two because I am always chasing Kael around!  It was a great afternoon and the older two had so much fun having me to themselves!  And better yet ALL three kids were asleep by 6:30 so it was absolutely worth it! So I decided that every Tuesday I would let both older kids skip their nap and plan something fun for us to do!!

Cheers! Tea Party...both kids loved it!

I am sure the reason they loved it is because I served them jelly beans and cheetos!

I am sure when he is older he will be so happy to know he participated in a tea party with his sister!
